Grand Master Kwang Suk Choi, 9th Dan of the International Hapkido Federation (IHF), co-founded the IHF in Korea in 1959, an organization that today spans more than 42 member countries. As head of the Moo Gong Kwan school under the IHF, he has developed and implemented a specialized self-defense program taught in over 20 nations, showcasing his lifelong innovation in martial arts. He also co-founded the Police K-Samdanbong Association. With over 55 years of martial arts expertise, Grand Master Choi serves as an Official Expert Professor for security units and law enforcement agencies across Korea.
