Moo Gong Kwan: Official School of the IHF
Under the aegis of the International Hapkido Federation, Moo Gong Kwan was created to develop harmonious and innovative teaching, integrating self-defense, Korean sword (Moo Gong Kumdo) and traditional bow (Gungdo) techniques.
Moo Gong Kwan is a truly universal Korean martial arts, accessible to everyone, whatever their age or level of fitness. From toddlers aged 6 and over to adults, each session is adapted to guarantee safety, progress and pleasure.
Much more than a simple defense system, it promotes the development of coordination, self-confidence and mental resilience.
For children, the playful learning of techniques reinforces emotional balance, concentration and team spirit. What’s more, thanks to our international network, all members can take part in competitions and demonstrations organized around the world, offering an enriching experience and the chance to measure themselves against practitioners from all horizons.
